The Avellino is being built in Teramo, a neighborhood of 13 estate homes at Mediterra.
Offering more than 5,300 square feet of living space and 7,493 total square feet, the four-bedroom, four-and-one-half-bath Avellino will be the largest model home in Mediterra upon its slated completion this fall.
The single-family home, currently under construction by BCB Homes, will offer a library, parlor and great room with a large dining area, as well as multiple al fresco spaces overlooking preserves and lakes.
