Charles Aikey is the Director of Estate Management & Warranty for BCB Homes. In his roles, Charles works with his teams to ensure that the exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail provided during the homebuilding process extend well beyond closing.
Charles joined BCB Homes in 2016 and has employed his strong work ethic, sense of leadership, and construction knowledge to assist the team in many key roles. He takes great pride in building and maintaining strong client relationships and is a firm believer in the company’s Core Values of Honesty, Integrity, Communication, Passion, and Innovation. He truly believes the key to success is working with people who constantly strive for improvement.
In his free time, Charles, a native of Naples, loves spending time with his wife, Mishayla, and their three boys: Jason, Weston, and Colton. His hobbies include backwater fishing for snook and redfish, golfing, and escaping to the Tennessee mountains.
