Conor Forrest is a Project Executive at BCB Homes, Inc., bringing 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Born and educated in Dublin, Ireland, Conor worked through his school years as a painter at his father’s commercial painting company. That is where he learned about running a construction business and acquired an appreciation for skilled trades. In 1995, Conor emigrated to the US and quickly began working for a small high-end painting company in California. It was in 1998 when he moved to Dallas, TX starting his own painting company with a carpentry division. Soon after, Conor became interested in the regentrification of older neighborhoods in Dallas, and became owner\partner of a renovation company that identified and purchased buildings with potential. During this time, the company also built multiple new construction custom homes and condos.
Conor decided to move to Naples in 2014 to work for BCB Homes after seeing the quality and craftsmanship that they provide. He started out as a field Superintendent, managing over $20m of construction in the field. Shortly after, he accepted the position of Preconstruction Manager for Renovations where he was responsible for Estimating and Preconstruction for all of BCB Homes’ renovations.
In addition to discovering new places to visit with his family, and going home to Ireland. Conor enjoys playing tennis and is passionate about dog rescue and adoption.
