Erica is a Naples native that graduated Naples High School in 2007. After graduating the University of South Florida in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, she moved to St. Louis to become a Property Manager for commercial and residential space.
Erica’s love of BCB Homes began at the young age of 6 when visiting jobsites with her dad. It wasn’t until 2014 when she was offered a position at BCB Homes as a part-time receptionist before moving on to assist the accounting department. Then in 2016, Erica helped launch the Selections Coordinator position and held that title until 2019 when she took the position of Director of Sales & Marketing. In 2024, Erica received the promotion to Director of Business Development.
Erica leverages her organizational knowledge of BCB Homes, our products and our processes to build brand awareness, create and manage our marketing campaigns and work with our Project Executives.
