This 15,000 square foot home with a guest house on Captiva Island is 70% complete in just 11 months! Not only are we challenged with building on an island and getting materials and labor to the jobsite, but we are also challenged with an Eagle’s nest nearby. The FWC restricts certain activities within 660 feet that could disturb the eagles or their nests.
