We have exciting changes to the Executive Team to announce!
Rick Hubbell, who joined BCB Homes in 2019, has been promoted to Vice President of Field Operations. Hubbell will oversee approximately 60 field personnel, be responsible for the firm’s outstanding safety record, manage a fleet of 120 vehicles and will act as General Superintendent on all complex and/or unique projects.
Hubbell has more than 30 years of construction experience in the commercial market including hotels, resorts and education, as well as the residential market of luxury single-family and multi-family homes.
“We are fortunate to have Rick on our team and I’m very proud to pass the torch to him so that he can continue the mission I started many years ago,” said Eric Morris, BCB Homes’ current Vice President of Field Operations. “He has the ability to take our team to the next level.”
Morris, who joined BCB Homes in 1997, isn’t retiring or leaving the company. Capitalizing on his passion for construction, Morris will now devote his time mentoring, training and teaching the company’s new personnel as their in-house Professor of Innovation and Improvement.
“With this new position, we will continue to raise the bar and set even higher standards for luxury custom home building in Southwest Florida,” remarked Morris, who has more than 35 years’ experience in the construction industry.
