Melissa Weeks, a native of Virginia, joined BCB Homes in 2019 and is a proud member of our inaugural group of Employee Owners. In her role as Project Coordinator Team Lead, Melissa serves as the liaison between Project Managers, architects, interior designers, and homeowners.
Melissa’s favorite things about her job are working with her colleagues, taking on new challenges, and that every day offers an opportunity to learn something new. As you will see in Melissa’s Employee Spotlight video, she is passionate about innovation, job growth, and Employee Ownership program.
Melissa enjoys walks on the beach, spending time with her son, and all things pink.
