Jon Bremseth is the Senior Director of Organizational Development for BCB Homes, Inc. Jon works across the entire company to develop career education and training pathways for all employees. He works directly with the leadership team to align career goals and objectives to training and development resources in order to provide growth opportunities and leadership development across the organization.
Jon joined BCB Homes, Inc. after a career in public education. He worked 21 years for Collier County Public Schools serving as Teacher, Dean of Students, Asst. Principal and Principal at the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels. He is a current member of Naples North Rotary, Future Ready Collier, and auxiliary board of Amber’s Antibodies.
Jon was born and raised in Minnesota where he attended Bethel College and University of Minnesota earning a B.S. degree in Economics and Political Science. He relocated to Naples in November 1991 to escape the cold winters. After a short career in banking and business management, Jon went back to school at FGCU and earned a Bachelors in Education and Master’s in Administration Leadership.
Jon and his wife, Susan have two children, Megan (Orlando) and Michael (Phoenix). In Jon’s free time he enjoys spending time on the golf course, fishing, driving the jeep, and vacations.
