Jeff is the Executive Vice President over Sarasota, Charlotte and Lee counties for BCB Homes, Inc. In this role, Jeff has broad oversight of expanding our luxury home construction business in Sarasota, Boca Grande and throughout the territory. He works closely with each client from initial introduction through project completion, guiding clients through an excellent building experience. Jeff will work out of our Sarasota and Boca Grande Offices.
Jeff brings with him over 30 years of industry experience ranging from luxury home building, commercial/retail projects, private air park projects and golf course construction from Boca Grande to Sarasota. His history of building homes in Sarasota and Boca Grande dates to 1995. He has completed numerous waterfront residential projects, including one 41,000 square foot residence in Sarasota. Throughout his career, Jeff has completed 160 million dollars in construction projects. In addition, Jeff has worked in facets such as land entitlement, owner representation, real estate acquisition and operations. Jeff acquired his Florida State Certified General Contractor’s license in 1998.
Born and raised in Indiana, Jeff moved to Sarasota in 1990. He currently resides in Sarasota County and enjoys golfing and fishing in his spare time.
