Bill is the Chief Estimator of BCB Homes, Inc. Bill currently oversees seven estimators within the estimating department. He is responsible for preconstruction services for new custom homes and renovations.
Bill has over 40 years of construction experience. His work with Pyramid Construction and Conrad Properties in St. Louis gave him experience in historic renovations, new commercial buildings, mid-rise and high-rise residential buildings, casino work and custom homes. He started his career as a carpenter, then quickly moved through the field as a superintendent and project manager. Bill decided that estimating and dealing with clients was his passion and followed that path.
In Florida, Bill worked with Suffolk Construction and Kraft Construction on such notable projects as Hollywood HardRock expansion ($1.3 billion), HardRock Tampa expansion ($600 million), HardRock Café renovation Tampa ($30 million), multiple new and renovation projects at Moorings Park in Naples ($110 million), Naples Square I, II and III ($90 million) and Immokalee school program Naples ($110 million).
Bill and his family moved to Naples Florida in 2004 from St. Louis. He and his wife Dusty love to paddleboard. Bill is also a past board member for the Shy Wolf Sanctuary and is currently serving on the committee to build a new facility for the Shy Wolf Sanctuary.
