Tracy Fichter is the Estate Management Program Coordinator.  Tracy has over twenty-five years’ experience in new home construction from permitting to design.  Outside of work,  Tracy has  fostered over fifty kittens from Collier County Department of Animal Services and is a proud mom of two daughters.
