Patrick comes to BCB Homes from Telluride, Colorado, where he was the operations manager for a vacation rental management company. Prior to Telluride, Patrick managed multi-family apartment complexes in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and Bend, Oregon. Patrick is originally from Oswego, Oregon.
Motivation:
My primary motivation with estate management is to protect the asset from depreciation and, where possible, enhance value through modernization.
