Originally from Massachusetts, Marcus Pegurri moved to Naples, Florida with his family in 2008 to enjoy the warm weather and white sand beaches of Southwest Florida.
Marcus Pegurri’s journey to Estate Management with BCB Homes started in 2020 when he joined the company as an intern in the Human Resources department. While interning, Marcus pursued his Business Management degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. He ended up graduating with this degree in the Spring of 2021. Upon graduating, Marcus would join BCB Homes full time as the Human Resources Coordinator. At the beginning of 2022, Marcus decided to expand his education in the construction industry by participating in BCB Homes’ “Career Pathway Program.” Over the course of the year, Marcus gained exposure to the fundamentals in each of the four areas of operation with BCB Homes including Project Supervision, Pre-construction, Project Management, and Estate Management. By the end of his time in the program, Marcus knew that Estate Management was where he wanted to be.
Marcus is continuously looking to improve with each day that goes by and strives to provide his clients with exceptional service, leadership, and comfort knowing that one of their largest assets are in good hands. He is thankful for the opportunities that BCB Homes has presented him with and is honored to represent the company each day he reports for duty.
While off the clock, Marcus enjoys taking long walks with his fiancé, Natalie, and his dog Maggie. Golfing, fishing, cooking, and reading are other hobbies that he finds himself enjoying during his downtime.
