Jesse Falcon is a dedicated Project Manager with a passion for turning dreams into reality. With over a decade of professional experience in the real estate industry, Jesse has honed his skills and expertise to deliver exceptional results. Currently, Jesse proudly serves as a Project Manager in the Estate Management division.
Jesse’s journey with BCB Homes began in 2021 when he joined as an Estimator. In this role, he learned the ins and outs of the construction and development processes, gaining invaluable experience that allowed him to grow in his career. Over the course of two and a half years, Jesse has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a knack for problem-solving, which led to his promotion to Project Manager.
Jesse thrives in overseeing and orchestrating residential construction projects from conception to completion. His responsibilities encompass project planning, budget management, resource allocation, and client communication. Jesse takes pride in ensuring that each project adheres to the highest quality standards while meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
In addition to his professional achievements, Jesse holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida which allows him to communicate effectively and understand his client’s needs. He is also a strong advocate for continuing education to stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
Outside of work, Jesse enjoys staying active in the beautiful Naples area, exploring the Gulf Coast’s beaches, golfing, playing pickleball, and spending time with his wife, Kat, and their growing family. Additionally, Jesse enjoys traveling, whether it be a quick weekend trip to visit his family in Central Florida or a European getaway.
