When we build new homes, we follow a three-phase process:
- Pre-Construction
- Construction
- Post-Construction
During Pre-Construction, the design team will take form. An Executive will lead your project’s team, including a Project Manager, Field Manager, Superintendent, and Selections Coordinator. The design team will include an architect, a landscape architect, and an interior designer.
This period will include creating a budget and expectations for budgetary updates, choosing affordable and easily maintained systems after extensive research, selecting the design details integrated into your custom home plan, and final pricing with more information related to supplies and labor.
To help with this process, we offer the BCB Homes Learning Center, a space dedicated to assisting clients in understanding the techniques, features, and materials available. We also use the BIM, or Building Information Modeling program, so that prospective homeowners can see their future home from all angles.
Construction will feature updates with photos and timeline adjustments each month; prompt communication with updates about any element that might change the price or the schedule; coordinated scheduling; and superior quality craftsmanship.
