Build a New Construction Home
BCB Homes approaches construction via a three-phase process. We refer to the first phase as Pre-Construction. Initially, we’ll begin by creating a team for your overall project and one for the design of your home. The project will be led by an Executive in Charge, and the rest of the committee will include a Project Manager, Field Supervisor, Superintendent, and Selections Coordinator. For design, your team may consist of an engineer, architect, landscape designer, and interior designer. You may send a proxy designee if you prefer.
Using the information gleaned from the displays and demonstrations at the BCB Homes Learning Center and the guidance of the Selections Coordinator, we will design your ideal home. The Building Information Modeling (BIM) programs that we employ reassure our professionals that the construction is sound and functional and allow you to check out your home virtually before the first stone is laid.
The next phase of the build is the actual building process. You can expect monthly updates, immediate notification of any changes, coordinated scheduling, and the best quality craftsmanship throughout this period. Communication is essential during this term. In addition to being able to reach out to the Project Manager, we also supply a cloud-based construction management software for your remote 24-hour access to status updates.
