Pre-Construction
The initial step for our clients is to designate a team dedicated to their home’s successful design and completion. An executive of the company will helm the team’s management, and the rest of the group will consist of a project manager, a field supervisor, a superintendent, and a selection coordinator. As needed, we will bring in professionals from across the building trades, and we are happy to work with clients personally or their proxies.
The design of your home depends greatly on your input. The BCB Homes Learning Center is an onsite facility where we offer demonstrations and displays to inform our clients of their options. Along the way, the dedicated selection coordinator will help with the decision process and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. The design draft will go through analysis using Building Information Modeling (BMI) software to secure a functional, strong, and appealing result. Consider the 3-D rendering an opportunity to take a “walk through” of the home before construction ground prep begins.
Construction
The construction building phase will be completed entirely by contractors here at BCB Homes. Throughout the build, your project manager will remain available and on top of the schedule and the budget. We will provide frequent updates, and you can access project updates from anywhere, anytime, through the portal that we make available to all our clients. The portal is powered by cloud-based construction management software.
Post-Construction
The relationship between BCB Homes and our clients does not end with home completion. When you accept your keys and finalize the move, we will provide you with an unparalleled warranty and the option for estate management services and maintenance guidelines.
