Career Pathway Program Flexible Options

The career pathway options are designed based on the hiring criteria of the new employee. The requirement from
new employees and BCB Homes is that all entry level employees will be enrolled in the career pathway to develop a
well-rounded and informed individual. Employees will have a complete grasp of what BCB Homes encompasses and
how the core values are represented in all areas of business operations. Based on availability, the program can be
flexible and tailored to meet the combined needs of BCB Homes and selected candidates.
