BCB Homes has just recently completed construction of a custom condo, designed by Herscoe Hajjar Architects LLC, in The Windsor at Bay Colony! With 6,300 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the condo was in need of some updating and the owners brought together the team. BCB Homes was originally hired to just change out door hardware but it quickly turned into a full renovation!
One of the most spectacular rooms of the condominium is the Master Bathroom. With the bathtub appearing to float in the middle of the room and the water that fills the tub comes from the ceiling above.
All of the changes were focused on connecting the interior spaces to the beach view while still making the space flow and feel less chopped up! Julie Coleman, with District Design, created a masterpiece for the clients. The finishes are exotic, textured, and bright. The before and after pictures shows how open the client was to every suggestion of the design team. They let the team do their best work without limitations to design ideas.
The cabinetry is furniture grade quality and combining that with the lighting and the use of light colors it a just brings this room alive!
