The Estate Manager is both relationship manager and house manager. Responsible for up to 12 clients’ luxury homes in the Naples, Florida area, you will help prepare and conduct annual preventative maintenance plans; includes scheduling and/or supervising subcontractors. Perform visual home inspections; noting maintenance items, etc. In addition, organize and supervise any un-scheduled estate management maintenance functions.
