BCB Homes has recently completed our first model for Hill Tide Estates on the southern most point of Boca Grande. The home has been designed by John Cooney of Stofft Cooney Architects to capture the breathtaking views of Charlotte Harbor and Boca Grande Pass. The Great Room design consists of 4 Bedrooms, 4 En-Suite Bathrooms and 2 half Bathrooms. Because of the Boca Grande lifestyle, the home is designed with the Master Bedroom on either the main living floor, or on the top floor which takes full advantage of the gorgeous views of the Bay.
