Jon is an honors graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in building construction from the University of Florida and joined BCB Homes in 1998. A native Neapolitan, Jon has extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction, and at one point in his career Jon was the head of the residential and commercial renovations division for Southwest Florida projects.
Since Jon has been with BCB Homes, he has built over 10 homes and managed over 50 remodeling projects. He is currently responsible for residential and commercial renovations and a few of his daily duties include: project team management, client management, permitting, scheduling and estimating. Jon also carries a 30 hour OSHA certification in safety.
In his spare time, Jon enjoys being outdoors with his family spending time at the beach, on the boat or fishing. Jon’s wife, Melissa, just had their second child and they now have a son and a daughter.
