Harold moved to Southwest Florida in 1991 and has been working with BCB Homes since its inception in 1993. A carpenter by trade in the New England area, Harold has been working in the home building industry for over 25 years. Harold was also the business owner of a residential builder and remodeler in New England.
Harold brings many skills to BCB Homes and keeps the company ahead of the curve in all phases of building sciences. He is extensively trained and experienced in the challenges BCB Homes is faced with building in Southwest Florida. He is known as the “water expert” and can fix leaks in windows, doors, ceilings…anywhere a home owner has a water intrusion problem; Harold plays a large role in finding a solution! Harold has worked diligently to find the best installation method for the windows and doors to prevent water intrusion in a newly constructed or renovated home. He is also trained to test air flow throughout a home, air tightness within a home, and other indoor air quality problems that can occur within a hot, humid Southwest Florida home. Because each home is a unique experience, Harold is continually faced with challenges, but he succeeds in finding a way to make each home BCB Homes builds, better than the competition’s.
Outside of the office, Harold enjoys spending time with his wife and their 2 sons. He is involved in scouting and church youth groups with his boys and he also enjoys fishing, golfing and watching professional sports.
